Tai Chi for Health

Tai Chi is a gentle form of exercise which is amazingly beneficial in terms of improving flexibility and mobility of movement whilst at the same time promoting mental calm. Often called “Meditation in Motion” it is a safe form of improving/maintaining general health and it’s fun.

We follow the Tai Chi for Health programmes as put together by Dr. Paul Lam of the Tai Chi for Health Institute, which include TC for Arthritis, for Diabetes, for Rehabilitation, for Osteoporosis and others.  These are simplified Tai Chi forms which will help to improve joint flexibility, improve balance, assist with fall prevention and in general improve physical and mental well-being.

We meet at Great Bowden Village Hall every Tuesday at 9.45 am.  All ages, all levels of ability are welcome.  Come and give us a try.
