Chinese Wand Chi Kung

Chinese Wand is a sequence of exercises designed to mobilise the skeletal joints, stretch and move the muscles with applying our minds to the movements of the body.  (Wands are provided)

Tai Chi is a gentle exercise with flowing movements and deep breathing designed to improve balance, flexibility and reduce stress.

This is a light-hearted class with our instructor Les Kendrick and all exercises can be adapted to individual needs and abilities. We are a mainly retired mixed group meeting at 2.30 on Tuesday afternoons for 12-week terms.  The class has been running for over 20 years and occasionally we do have a few spaces, so if you would like to know more please ring Audrey Walker on 01858 464569.
