A cookie is a small text file containing information that a website transfers to your computer’s hard disk for record-keeping purposes. We use cookies just to track visits to our website, we store no personal details.


When you use the Contact or Booking Request Form to contact us, your Email is passed directly to us so that we can contact you back. The information you give us when making a booking is the minimum we need to be able to contact you and provide you with the facilities you have requested, thus ensuring your event is as expected. Paper documents containing any personal data are secured and all staff and trustees are aware of their responsibilities, as defined by the terms of the Data Protection Act. We never pass personal information on to any third parties and data (whether electronic or on paper) are destroyed as soon as possible within the bounds of accounting and revenue practicalities.
